- BOOKING CONFIRMATION: To confirm your reservation, a deposit totalling 50% of the initial trip cost is necessary.
- FINAL PAYMENT: The outstanding balance must be settled at least 10 days before the trip's commencement. If payment is not completed by this deadline, your reservation may be subject to cancellation.
- BOOKING: All reservations made with Nomads of India, henceforth referred to as 'the company', are subject to the following conditions:
The individual signing the booking form accepts these conditions and is thereafter referred to as the client. - LIABILITY: The company cannot be held accountable for consequences arising from weather conditions, flight cancellations, war, strikes, political unrest, or any other force majeure event.
The company reserves the right to employ alternative transportation or alter the itinerary in the event of breakdowns, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Any resulting additional expenses, such as extra accommodation or transport, will be the responsibility of the client and must be paid directly. - ASSUMPTION OF RISKS: Clients must acknowledge and accept the inherent hazards of adventurous and cultural holidays at their own risk.
The company is not liable for any illness, injury, or loss of property incurred during the trip. - TRAVEL INSURANCE: Mandatory insurance covering various unforeseen expenses, including medical costs, baggage loss, and trip cancellation, is required for all clients.
- AUTHORITY OF THE TRIP LEADER: Clients agree to abide by the authority and decisions of the trip leader appointed by the company.
Disruptive behaviour may result in expulsion from the trip without a refund, with any associated expenses being the client's responsibility. - RESPONSIBILITY: The organizers and affiliates are not liable for accidents or natural calamities.
- ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY: Nomads of India maintains a strict zero-tolerance stance against harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct, regardless of gender. Any reported incidents will undergo a swift and thorough investigation, with corresponding actions taken accordingly. Your safety is our utmost priority, and we are committed to providing a secure and empowering travel environment for all participants.
