1. Cancellations

Since we operate on a print-on-demand basis, we start the creation process of your ordered items as soon as we receive your order. This means that if you need to cancel your order, you must do so before the order goes into processing. After this period, we cannot guarantee order cancellation as the item may already be in production.

2. Returns and Refunds

We stand by the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or if you receive a damaged or defective item, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your item, and we will strive to resolve the issue promptly.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our print-on-demand service, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than damage or defects. Each item is created specifically for you, and as such, we ask for your understanding in this regard.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please reach out to us at within 7 days of receiving the item. To help expedite the process, please include the following information in your email:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the damage or defect
  • Photographic evidence of the damage or defect

Upon review, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as soon as possible, at no additional cost to you.

4. Refund Process

Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a 7 days.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at
