03:00 pm - Check-In and Welcome Drink
04:30 to 06:00 pm - Evening Snacks (Hi-Tea & Dahi Vada or any Appetizers)
04:00 to 06:00 pm - Boating & activities
08:00 to 09:00 pm - Music (DJ)
09:00 to 10:00 pm - Dinner (Veg or Non-Veg Unlimited)
10.00 to 12.00 pm - Campfire, Music & Karaoke
12:00 to 06:00 am - Silent Hours
Day Two
08:00 to 09:00 am - Morning Breakfast (Veg - Poha or Pasta or Misal and Non-Veg - Bread Omelet)
11:00 am - Check Out with Sweet & Lovable Memories...!!!

Dinner Unlimited (Non-Veg) - Chicken Masala, Chicken Sukkah, Rice, Chapatti, Salad, and 1 Sweet
Dinner Unlimited (Veg) - Matar Paneer sabji, Dal Mushroom, Rice, Chapatti, Salad, and 1 Sweet

Rules
Do not misbehave with other people at the Campsite.
The tent cannot move from one place to another place after it is set.
Do not vandalize any private property at the camping places.
Do not carry valuable things like jewelry or any other things.
Those who are coming by their own vehicle please follow all covid-19 safety guidelines and reach the base village on time.
Due to the above issue, if you come late or are unable to come, will not provide any refund.

Cancellation Policy
75% refund if notified via phone conversation 8 or more days prior to the event date.
50 % refund if notified via phone conversation 4 to 7 days prior to the event date.
No refund if the cancellation requested is less than 3 days prior to the event date
No show No Refund.
Event Tickets cannot be transferred to another date against cancellation.
Event Tickets cannot be transferred to another person against cancellation.
If Trek gets canceled, we will refund "Trek Amount" only.
If the event is canceled due to any natural calamity, political unrest or other such reasons beyond our control the same cancellation policy will apply.
